Many, particularly small and medium sized companies, do not have the knowledge or specialised human resource personnel to recruit successfully for themselves.  Worse, the people recruited often prove to be a poor fit, of inadequate quality - or they are good, get frustrated and leave.  Given recruitment and retention of staff is crucial to the success of any business this leads not surprisingly to dismay about the whole experience.

Laura our consultant, is highly regarded in her field.  She has a B.Sc (Hons) from Manchester University where she specialised in Human Resource Management, and Recruitment and Selection during her Business degree.

In practice, she has interviewed and recruited hundreds of people. She has supported diverse assignments including recruiting over 50 staff for an investigative project at a financial services organisation, plus projects for staff in customer service, IT development, consultancy and sales.  She can also advise you on appraisal methods and systems.
