My approach is both structured and adaptive and I am particularly skilled in identifying conflicts between personal and organisational effectiveness.  I use a ‘toolbox’ approach to coaching, believing that while certain presented needs may seem similar, no one method fits all, and can change tactics when required. My coaching methods can be supported by diagnostic psychometrics, 360 approaches and gaining detailed clarity over outcomes. Clients discover I am highly effective in supporting, challenging, stretching and developing them, so that they become generative in their subsequent growth.
