Todays most effective way to
radically boost performance
For Executives, Directors and decision makers running a business is a solitary role. Of course you work with your team, yet you can't share everything, especially your innermost concerns.
Your organisation may be underperforming or, conversely experiencing growth. You might be questioning your current career situation. Whatever it is, the corporate and executive coaching programme I offer might be just what you are searching for to transform talent into the performance you require for success…
I provide an unbiased, non-judgemental sounding board approach, creating the space for sharing thoughts, aspirations and ultimately, actions. A major bonus of taking a wider vision of overall activities is an increased opportunity of achieving an enhanced work/life balance.
"...David’s coaching has helped me develop my management skills and also led me to focus much more effectively on strategic issues. There have been a number of extremely complex and sensitive issues that I have had to deal with and I have found David’s coaching invaluable in dealing with these.
I have also been delighted in the changes that I have seen in particular in one of the other individuals being coached, who has become much more confident and productive and whose value to the business has increased significantly as a result."
I would not hesitate to recommend David’s coaching, which I believe has been of considerable benefit both to me personally and to us as an organisation".

Are you putting your career, perhaps the business, at risk?
Have you noticed how some people in key roles seem to lose sight of their real concerns and priorities? They somehow fail to concentrate their time and attention on what needs to be done, finding themselves constantly competing between strategic and operating pressures? As a result, they usually start too many initiatives and never quite finish them, or they don’t get around to what really needs to be started. Either way their talent is not fully effective.
There are others who know the word 'leadership' well and yet in some way are unable to 'earn the right' to use it. Whether it's a lack of presence, or an inability to maximise success through relationship management, it will always impact on their results and often their career development.
Any of the above issues can put business objectives at stake. They can lead to working in a sort of fog, increasing frustration, putting up with under performance and inadequate business relationships, and ultimately draining individuals of their energy and enthusiasm.
